ITB’s Dr Philip Owende made fellow of Engineers Ireland

Dr Philip Owende of the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB) was recently conferred as fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland (FIEI) by its president Dr Kieran Feighan.
Over 70 members of Engineers Ireland were conferred with registered professional titles and an award Ceremony held at the Institute of Engineers of Ireland in Dublin.
Dr Owende was among nine members to receive the title of fellow, the highest level of membership awarded by Engineers Ireland. This title is reserved for engineers who have demonstrated a significant level of experience and professionalism.
Fellows of Engineers Ireland are recognised as the true leaders of the engineering profession and are regarded as highly skilled and in positions of leadership in the engineering community. Fellows also contribute to the future of engineering and promote excellence amongst the industry and to the ongoing goals of Engineers Ireland.
