With less than two weeks remaining until the deadline at midnight on Sunday 29 July, be sure to get your submissions to us for the fourth annual Metro Éireann–Kenan Institute for Ethics Intercultural Writing Competition.
If you are having writers block or don’t know how to get started, sign up for our second workshop this coming Saturday 21 July from 1pm to 4pm at Premier Suites Plus, 14-17 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2.
We are determined to help you at any stage of the writing process. The workshops are free, flexible and highly recommended to attend.
Booking is on a first come, first served basis.
Meanwhile, the judges for this year’s competition has been selected, comprising a diverse, insightful and highly acclaimed panel with successful careers as authors, poets, editors, sociologists and city councillors.
Namra Amir, Ciaran Carty, Mairéad Finn, Declan Hayden and Dave Lordan come from distinct backgrounds that have made them experts in the fields of writing and intercultural work in Ireland.
Visit the Metro Éireann Facebook page to find out more information about this year’s competition, as well as how to book a workshop place. If you have any questions, call 087 322 2831, direct message on Facebook or email at info@metroeireann.com.
